Stephen Kok

Mr. Kok gained 4 years of experience in corporate finance and audit he served in one of the Big Four International Accounting Firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, in Hong Kong. Stephen also specializes in IPO management, due diligence review, business valuation and merger and acquisition.

Stephen is also the founder of GoldSAC. Before establishing GoldSAC, he was the CFO of Downtown Cafe, Kooll Group and Alson United Reefer Contanier Co. Ltd. He has extensive experience and network in Shanghai along with his stay for more than 6 years.

Felix lai

Mr. Felix Lai is a marketing veteran with over 16 years of proven success record in sales and marketing area. Felix was graduated at the Leeds University of England with major in Operational Research with Computing. Since graduate, Felix has been working in consulting business in the media and technology industries.

Before GoldSAC, Mr. Lai worked for DoubleClick Asia, the world’s largest and most innovative Internet media company, as the country manager of Hong Kong. Being the industry leader, Felix was the frontiers in pushing the Internet marketing arena in Hong Kong and participated in various industry bodies, functions and seminars. In addition, Felix has vast international experiences.
